Progressive Text Messaging Reminder Options Now Available for Customers!

Text Messaging Reminders for Progressive Customers

You can now sign up to receive payment reminders and payment confirmation* on your mobile phones. This service is different from our weather alert service and will require you to opt-in to receive it.

The Benefits:

This a quick and easy way to receive payment information from Progressive.

Enrolling is easy:

Before you can enroll in this service, you must be registered on www.ProgressiveAgent.com

Once registered, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the “Edit Profile” link at the top of the page
  2. Under “Edit Profile” click on “Change Email and Phone Preferences“
  3. Under “Message delivered to” click “Edit” next to “Mobile” then enter their phone number and service provider**
  4. Hit the “Submit” button.


To activate this service, you need to reply to the initial text with “YES”. You can opt-out at any time.  If you have any problems with enrollment, please feel free to contact technical support at 1-800-876-5581.
